Custom Embroidery File
PLEASE NOTE: This is a purchase for an embroidery file for your logo only, you will NOT receive the file. This file is to be purchase alongside any of the custom embroidery.
This is a one off purchase that will be saved for future custom embroidery purchases with your required logo.
Maximum size for embroidery design is 4x4 inches
Once purchased an email will be sent with instructions on how to send your design to us, once your design has been made into an embroidery file (within 24hrs) you will then be sent a further email with details containing how long your order will take. Timing depends on how many items and complexity of embroidery design, however we will be in contact with you every step of the way from ordering to delivery.
Returns/Refunds
This item is none returnable/refundable due to being personalised, unless there is any error on our part. If there is an error and we deem it to be our fault then a refund/return process will begin and can take up to 2 weeks.
Please make sure to check spelling and design before confirming, once confirmed there will be no cancellation due to the order already being underway.
